We use this data to submit trouble reports to Comcast. Based on the shape of your cable modem plot, nearby cable modem plots, and data from your cable modem diagnostic logs, we are able to diagnose issues such as:
- bandwidth saturation on your Internet service.
- Poor cable modem signal power or quality such as noise ingress.
- Fiber to Coax node issues.
- Coax mainline amplifier problems.
- Bad cable modem hardware.
